We want to thank Sonia and Didier for assistance on buying property in Montrollet. In the Netherlands, the selling broker very little for you. But in Sovimo the buyer is also well assisted in finding the (electricity water connection from the Netherlands can not manage) our surprise was great when we were waiting for our new home, a car stopped beside us SAUR the water to join this was arranged by Sovimo. For us one of the best agents in France.

Bonjour mes chers amis ! Je suis russe. J’habite Moscou en Russie. J’ai achete un terrain en France a l’aide de l’ agence immobilier “ SOVIMO” qui se trouve a Confolens. Je ne suis pas ecrivain . Mais je peus vous dire que le travail de cette agence est tres tres tres professionnel. J’avais essaye acheter le terrain dans les autre agences. Mais les resultats etaient lamentables : ou on ne m’avait pas repondu, ou on avait confondu le prix ou on avait perdu les documents etc etc etc. Je repete le travail de “SOVIMO IMMOBILIER” est TRES TRES TRES professionnel. Having looked for several years for a place to eventually retire in France we were introduced to la Charante by some friends. It`s just what we needed, a place with history, a town with personality in a rural friendly setting. There are four seasons and real French personalities. Sovimo are a great team always courteous and helpful with a finger on the pulse of everything we needed - a bank, a mortgage, insurance, general advice on inheritance and a great choice of properties. With no hard sell we were very comfortable with the purchase which went through in December 2007. Sonia has been an pillar of strength, and her help and support has been absolutely fantastic. Nearly three years ago, my husband and I were looking for land to build our dream house on in the beautiful Charante region. Sovimo were recommended to us, and my husband met Sonia. A huge thank you to all at the Sovimo office, Having purchased our house, then the barn through this agency we cannot thank them enough, they have surpassed all expectations and provided a service far better than any Uk agent. Even once the purchases were completed we have had on going support and assistance from them. Here now for just over a year, we needed to move an electric supply from the barn wall, we had hit a brick wall, after a quick e-mail to Sonia, her father spoke to the electric company and the work is scheduled to be done, and free, the electric company wanted us to pay over 2 thousand euros.
